We do not retain uploaded estimates after analysis. Data passes through, gets analyzed, and is discarded. We never use your uploaded estimate data to train AI models, and our AI providers don't either.

The AI Expert Suites

The Suites run as custom GPTs inside your own ChatGPT account. That means your data is handled under your ChatGPT settings, not ours. By default, ChatGPT can use what you type to improve its models.

For maximum privacy and data protection, we recommend:

  • 1.Use a ChatGPT Team or Enterprise plan whenever possible. These plans do not train on your data by default.
  • 2.Or turn ChatGPT training off before using the Suites: Settings → Data Controls → "Improve the model for everyone" → Off.

As a simple rule, do not paste customer or estimate information into a ChatGPT account that still has training turned on. Customers remain responsible for their own data handling policies and procedures.
